Orkney Villas Kirkwall apartments The Lodge, and The Steading are located on the edge of Kirkwall and have a Visit Scotland four star rating. The main town centre is easily accessible via a short, flat 15 minute walk along the waterfront towards the Marina and Kirkwall Harbour. Alternatively there is a regular town service bus which operates past the end of our driveway.
On the beautiful island of Sanday, in a central location, is Quivals – a luxuriously refurbished former post-master’s house. The property provides excellent family accommodation which is ideally situated for meeting local people and exploring the amazing beaches, wildlife & scenery which the island has to offer.
Short stay bookings accepted.
Payment & Cancellation Information
- Payment methods accepted: Cash (Sterling & Euro), Credit card, Debit card, Cheque, BACS
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 per unit is required at time of booking (unless booking within 28 days of arrival date when full payment will be required)
- Full booking balance payable 28 days before arrival
- Bookings cancelled 7 to 28 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total booking
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, & a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged, and no refund payable.
- We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

- Check in 4pm, Check out 10am (Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability).
- Linen, towels and tea-towels are provided and all utilities are included in the price.
- Children are welcome, travel cot is available.
- Pets are not allowed.
